Booking Fees Waived

Last  March,  Expedia, Travelocity and Orbitz temporarily waived their airline booking fees , and now those cuts are permanent.

Expedia says from now on it will offer fee-free booking on all flights except those booked by phone – which will incur a $20 fee. It’s also eliminating its change and cancellation fees for hotel, car rental, cruises and nearly all airfare reservations.

Travelocity and Orbitz have dropped booking fees for single-carrier flights originating in the U.S., Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean.
